Events: Venue Find Co-ordinator

**Job Summary**
A venue find coordinator is an entry level role into the wonderful world of events
**Duties**:
- Supporting the Venue Find Team to meet deadlines and SLA’s
- Producing accurate client proposals
- Negotiating with a range of UK and International venues
- Supplier liaison and negotiation - Maintaining an accurate client and venue database
- Attending networking events & fam trips to increase your venue knowledge
- Develop and build good relationships with industry peers, suppliers and clients
- Enhance and build on knowledge within the industry (new venues, event news)
**Experience**
- Previous experience within the events industry, hotel or venue is desirable, but not essential
- Excellent English Required - telephone manner and communication/business etiquette
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Accurate and methodical working style
- Natural networker
- Willingness to grow and expand venue and industry knowledge
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
