**Can you drive our Help Hub support services out into our districts?**
**Role Snapshot **Coordinate and ensure our Community Engagement Van (CEVan) project delivers to residents across the district, throughout the whole week, to ensure we can support the right people at the right time.
**What you could be part of**
Working in partnership with our Help Hub, members of the South Norfolk/Broadland Health and Wellbeing Partnerships and other colleagues to conduct community projects in community settings from the CEVan to support vulnerable residents and raise awareness of our services.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Working with the Help Hub Team to deliver a range of projects to support the health and wellbeing of residents.
- Coordinating the CEVan diary, ensuring it is appropriately staffed and prepared for all booked events.
- Ensuring CEVan is fully prepared for any external delivery from partners as advised via the booking process
- Working with residents to ascertain health and support needs, recording these contacts and referring on to the appropriate officer for action.
- Attending community events across the Districts, including driving the CEVan, to events to facilitate the engagement of residents and promoting the work of the Help Hub.
**You must have**
- A good general level of education, including Maths and English
- A proven ability to communicate with a variety of professionals, customers and other stakeholder
- The ability to work autonomously and maintain detailed records whilst retaining a flexible approach to the needs of customers.
- The ability to co-ordinate and manage a range of tasks under pressure
- Experience of, or an awareness of, the challenges faced in delivering services in a wide, largely rural, geographical area
- Essential - Current and valid UK driving licence, including category B entitlement and willingness to drive CEVan to events
- Flexible working including requirement to work weekends, and evenings.
