Role title - Communications and Engagement Executive - 12M FTC

**Salary**: National: £23,700 - £32,500 / London: £28,500 to £36,250

We have an exciting 12-month secondment opportunity in the Aviva Sustainability team for a self-starting, creative and motivated individual with experience of marketing and communication, and who is passionate about community and long-term sustainability.

A bit about the job:
This role exists to plan and deliver engaging communications that celebrate and inspire participation in the great work Aviva do as part of our ‘Aviva Sustainability Ambition’ (ASA).

The ASA ensures we act responsibly and sustainably so we can look after our customers, protect the planet, and help build prosperous, resilient communities. We want to be recognised as a standout sustainable customer in a way that makes our people proud, earns trust and wins customers.

The Aviva Sustainability team works across the UK business to deliver market ASA commitments by setting local strategy and goals, running the governance around it, providing expertise and influence and engaging people in our work.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Good planning, project management and prioritisation skills- Experience of creating and delivering effective marketing communications including managing agencies, creative development, channel planning and post campaign analysis- Experience of creating briefs based on insight and action- Experience of creating detailed programme plans and clearly presenting to stakeholders- Experience of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, excellent stakeholder management and ability to communicate well with people at all levels

What you’ll get for this role:
