**About the Role**

As a Paid Search Specialist, your initial focus will be on driving targeted traffic to our digital platforms through strategic management of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns. Leveraging your expertise in search engine marketing (SEM) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, you will optimise campaigns to maximise conversions, increase brand visibility, and ultimately drive sales. Once Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns have been established and are performing well, as part of the role's progression, **you will transition into managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns** in addition to Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.

**Responsibilities**
- **Campaign Strategy and Management**:_
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid search campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads platforms, with the role evolving to include Google Ads and Bing Ads in the future.
- Collaborate closely with our Social Media Creative Coordinator to align paid search and social media efforts, ensuring consistency in messaging and maximising campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and bidding strategy optimisation to maximise campaign performance and ROI.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimise campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
- **Audience Targeting and Segmentation**:_
- Utilise audience targeting features within paid search platforms to reach specific demographic, geographic, and behavioural segments.
- Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage users who have previously interacted with our digital assets, driving them further down the conversion funnel.
- **Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)**:_
- Collaborate with the Sales and Creative teams to ensure landing pages and ad creatives are optimised for conversion.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements to identify opportunities for improvement and increase conversion rates.
- **Budget Management and Optimisation**:_
- Manage and optimise campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximise return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Monitor spending trends, adjust bids, and allocate budgets based on performance data to achieve campaign goals within budget constraints.
- **Performance Reporting and Analysis**:_
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimisation, and present findings to Directors.

- **Skills and Experience**_
- Proven experience in managing paid search campaigns, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment **(required)**:

- Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads platforms, with a solid understanding of their features and capabilities **(required)**:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions **(required)**:

- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track and measure campaign performance _**(preferred)**_
- Google Ads certification and experience with Google Analytics certification are preferred but not required _**(preferred)**_

**The Rewards**
- Salary - We offer a starting salary between **£26,000** - **£30,000**, dependent on experience.
