**The Role**:
**Daily Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing the day to day running of our UK and Ireland paid accounts (Eflorist.co.uk, Teleflorist.ie, Ihampers.co.uk and Teleflorist.co.uk)
- Responsible for ensuring volume & CPO targets are met on paid channels
- Performing daily management of all existing paid advertising accounts across Google, GDN, YouTube, and Bing.
- Develop & implement a paid social strategy
- Create and build campaign strategies
- Constantly reviewing the accounts to optimise CTR%, Quality Score, Conversion Rate & Conversions
- Implementation of A/B, split & multivariate testing across all accounts to constantly test bidding strategies, ad text, account structure
- Competitor Analysis
- Generate new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and all facets of paid search in accordance with the company objectives.
- Communicate & report to management on project development, timelines, and results.
- Working with the wider team to help set up attribution on upper/mid-funnel campaigns, monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and highlight areas of importance.
- Maintain excellent working relations with key departments and managers to ensure communication is well delivered throughout.
- Maintain high-level knowledge of PPC industry trends and developments.
- Develop and implement new PPC strategies as the industry/market changes.

**Working schedule**:
Hours: 37.5 Hours

Working days, Monday to Friday

**Weekend/evening working requirements at business peak periods**, including Christmas, Mother's Day, and Valentine’s Day. Additional hours are offered time and half days in lieu

Working from home flexibility Monday to Wednesday in the office, home working Thursday and Fridays (excludes business peak periods where required to work at the office).
