We're now looking for a motivated Junior Account Manager to help nurture customer relationships, support day-to-day sales activity, and play a key part in our future growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop within a technical, dynamic, and supportive environment.

What You'll be Doing

In this role, you'll manage and support a portfolio of smaller customer accounts, acting as their first point of contact and ensuring they receive a high standard of service. You'll make proactive outbound calls to follow up on quotations, build relationships, explore new opportunities, and help keep our sales pipeline moving.

Alongside this, you'll work closely with the Head of Inside Sales & Admin and the wider team to prepare quotes, process orders, maintain sales information, and keep customer data accurate and up to date. You'll also support sales campaigns, assist with lead generation activity, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and strong customer outcomes.
