**Crisis Care Coordinator**

**Hours**: 37.5 hour per week

**Contract Type**: Full Time

**Location**: Norwich Office (Poringland)

**Salary**: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

**JMR Healthcare are looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to join our team in our office based in Poringland**

**About you**

The ideal person will be a highly motivated, efficient & organised individual. Passionate about providing the best level of staffing and care to our clients, and outstanding rota management for our staffing team. Management experience within the Health & Social Care sector would be desirable but not essential. You will receive full training and will work closely day to day with our experienced Crisis Team Manager.

**Keys Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Line management of healthcare professionals.
- Review statistics & working with senior management to grow the service.
- Answering in-bound calls from services and staff.
- Being on-call out of hours. (On call Rota)
