**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and organised **Care Coordinator** to support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operations of our care services. This role is vital in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to our Service Users in line with our company’s values and Quality Assurance Policy.

**Key Responsibilities Service Coordination**
- Assist the Registered Manager in the daily management of care services.
- Create and manage detailed work schedules for Care Workers.
- Provide clear written and verbal guidance to Care Workers.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and relevant care legislation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s Quality Assurance Policy.

**Communication & Representation**
- Represent the company professionally in all communications—telephone, written, and face-to-face.
- Ensure prompt, polite, and respectful responses to all enquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality in line with company policy.

**Monitoring & Quality Assurance**
- Conduct field monitoring to ensure service quality and compliance.
- Report findings and concerns to the Registered Manager.
- Visit Service Users to review care plans, medication records, financial logs, and daily notes.
- Support the implementation of quality control processes and staff performance monitoring.

**Staff Support & Development**
- Assist in recruitment, induction, training, and supervision of staff.
- Conduct spot checks and performance reviews.
- Support team meetings and produce reports as required.

**General Duties**
- Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the Registered Manager.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

**Person SpecificationEssential Qualifications & Experience**
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Experience in a care role with supervisory responsibilities.
- Understanding of care-related legislation and CQC standards.
- Strong administrative and IT skills.
- Full UK driving licence.

**Desirable**
- Professional care qualification.
- Experience in domiciliary or residential care settings.

Pay: £24,603.15-£26,618.15 per year
