**We are happy to recruit this role in either of our Support Centres, Cambridge or Anglesey.**

Huws Gray Group are a fast-growing Builders Merchant and since the formation in 1990, have developed from a single branch of 5 staff in Anglesey to over 300 locations nationwide with over 5500 colleagues. As a **Property & Facilities Supervisor**, you would be working as part of a team, and reporting to the **Head of Group Services**. You will be responsible for:

- Supporting the business to ensure that key aspects of branch infrastructure and equipment is managed and maintained in accordance with current legislation
- Reactively dealing with breakdowns of equipment and services across the group, liaising with the Regional Property Managers where necessary depending on the scale of the works
- Maintaining records on our internal system for all aspects of maintenance
- Upholding the Group Philosophy and operating within Group Policies and Procedures
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a methodical and logical way, tackling problem solving in a pragmatic and practical way
- Effective communication skills at all levels
- Ability to work on own or as part of a team with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work in a safe mannger ensuring own welfare and that of customers and colleagues
- Previous experience in a property maintenance related role or from a trade background
- Understanding of costs and value for money relating to repairs
