**About The Role**:

- TC Facilities Management is currently recruiting for a Supervisor to Supervise a team of on site cleaners.- Job Purpose- Demonstrate the TC values at all times
- Manage and deliver the weekly hours budget ensuring the payment of colleagues correctly and on time by following Company time and pay processing requirementsManage the cleaning schedule and rota to ensure all areas are cleaned on time to standards and specification
-Develop and maintain the relationship with the customer to ensure their expectations are met whilst working within defined specifications
-Complete audits accurately and on time and carry out any resolution actions identified within agreed timescales
-Complete and process all necessary paperwork arcuately and on time, providing ‘sign off’ for completed tasks as required
-Ensure all cleaning materials and machinery are available, in good working order and used in a safe manner
-Ensure all periodical cleans are competed to the required specification and timescale and signed off by the customer
-Manage the recruitment process for all colleagues ensuring adherence to Company recruitment policy
-Train and induct all colleagues to the standards expected including Health & Safety and COSHH policies and procedures
-Manage all employee relations issues in accordance with Company policies and procedures whilst liaising with the HR Department
-Support delivery of the cleaning schedule where appropriate and necessary

1 Weekend in 4 (Sat or Sun) to be worked as overtime
- Travel to two other sites within 8 miles, mileage paid- Other benefits:
- Full training will be given to the applicant on a regular basis.
- Fortnightly Pay
- Friendly and approachable team
