**Office based - Full Time - Permanent**
**The Role**
A strong communicator, you will collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure that digital marketing strategies align with the overall marketing goals. Suggesting new initiatives and project metrics, you will confidently brainstorm fresh strategies guaranteeing a focus on the latest trends in online marketing and measurement, are utilised.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategy and budget allocation in line with department objectives and company strategy
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new marketing opportunities
- Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
- Utilise tools to generate leads and optimise rate of conversion
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Implement abandoned basket, retargeting and additional automations to maximise B2C conversions.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimisation
- Optimise copy and landing pages for search engine marketing by analysing emerging trends and competitor behaviour
- Implement link-building strategies and manage SEO campaigns
- Management and optimisation of Google Business Suite
- Enhance the functionality of the B2B & B2C E-commerce websites
- Merchandising of company websites in line with SEO best practices
- Maintenance of the B2B Image & Resources Library
- Management of online review platforms
- Revision of all digital touchpoints to ensure customer experience is optimised
- Use web analytics tools to measure site traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Generate and analyse reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvements
- Monitor and analyse competitor activity to better strategise
- Analyse online customer trends to determine areas of focus
- Heatmapping of website to optimise experience
**Key skills/Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or similar
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in paid media campaigns or advertising
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEM Rush)
- Strong understanding of SEO and SEM
- Solid knowledge of website development and page building tools
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Expertise in CRM software and lead generation
- Magento and WordPress experience desirable, but not essential
- Strong analytical skills, a data-driven thinker
- An excellent communicator with strong organisational and time-management skills
- Demonstrates personal accountability and ownership of workload
