**Acquisition Marketing Executive**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Strategy & planning**:develop and propose compelling acquisition marketing plans that deliver against business goals and objectives, with clear ROI. Prioritise and flex marketing activities to ensure KPIs are met.
**Social Media Marketing**:Create, execute, and optimise both organic and paid social media campaigns. Create short form social media copy and creatives using Canva. Focus on growing brand awareness and reach via key social media channels Facebook, Linkedin, X.
**Paid Search Advertising**: Create, execute, and optimise paid search advertising campaigns on relevant channels. Focus on growing brand awareness and lead generation via key channels such as Google, Bing, LinkedIn and Facebook
**Programmatic Advertising**: Create, execute, and optimise programmatic advertising campaigns such as DooH advertising on relevant channels.
**General Marketing Activities**: Assist in the development and execution of general digital marketing activities and organisation of marketing content and collateral. Actively participate in team meetings, providing updates on ongoing projects, sharing insights, and contributing to the overall growth of the marketing department. Support with tasks as requested by sales and marketing team members.
**Analytics and Reporting**:Assist in monitoring and analysing relevant campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of the acquisition marketing efforts.
**Content Marketing & Copywriting**: collaborate with Product Marketing to create and implement SEO optimised marketing materials and collateral, including website copy, blog, PR, marketing campaigns, editorial calendar upkeep.
**Product and industry knowledge**:Develop a strong understanding and knowledge of Xibo products and services, to best describe and articulate how Xibo’s offering helps customers. Achieve this through actively testing and using the product, proactively understanding latest release features and actively researching the competitor landscape and industry trends.
**Required Skills**:
- Minimum 4 Years experience in a similar role
- Proven experience of B2B acquisition marketing within the technical / software industry
- Demonstrable experience with creating, executing and optimizing organic and paid social media and search advertising campaigns
- Deep understanding of marketing tools and architecture including CRM and data use.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience within a SaaS marketing environment
- Project management experience
- Experience with and knowledge of Digital Signage / DooH Advertising
