Legal & General are currently looking for a Senior Communications Executive to join their Marketing team to develop and deliver member communications materials that support the onboarding, embedding and product lifecycle of workplace pension members andschemes.

**Principal Accountabilities**

- Design and deliver communications that support the contact & engagement strategies for customers & members, working efficiently and within budget, brand, and timescales.
- Where relevant, work with agencies and third-party suppliers to deliver materials, and ensure that they are delivering to brief and to budget.
- Review assets and simplify versions we create and maintain across the team, managing expiries and enhancing our communications.
- Ensure all activities undertaken adhere to our relevant policies and procedures, is within our risk 'appetite' and is approved according to the appropriate compliance procedures. Always ensuring that, Treating Customers Fairly is considered as part of thecommunications development process.
- Ensure appropriate tracking and reporting is in place to enable us to collate, analyse and interpret campaign management information and insight.
- Utilise Customer/member insight, analytics, and data to create effective communications that deliver our key messages and support commercial objectives. Ensure that we continue to review, feedback, and improve the activities we are undertaking.
- Build effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally and our behaviours are always demonstrated.
- Work within our appropriate risk and compliance framework and demonstrate the key behaviours of a professional, supportive, and engaging marketing function.
- Develop close working relationships with key stakeholders across LGRR and Group - to ensure optimal results for both L&G and our clients.
**Requirements**:

- Marketing or business-related degree preferred.
- At least 5 years Marketing/related experience.
- Numerate with strong analytical skills.
- Experience of budgetary management.
- Good with people and able to clearly and confidently communicate and influence with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects to tight timescales - good organisational and project management skills.
- Able to adapt to and work with change, in a fast-growing division and marketing function.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal English - able to produce copy to publication standards.
- An understanding of customer contact/engagement strategies.
- IT skills - excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software packages, for example Spotler (preferred but not essential).
- Experience of designing & delivering consumer facing communications plans and activities.
- Experience of working with creative agencies and providing appropriate briefing, management, and creative evaluation.
- Experience of working in a marketing function or creative agency.
- Preferably considerable experience of working within a UK financial services organisation or UK financial services clients.

**Additional Information**
- This will be a hybrid role (50/50 split between home and office working) based out of the L&G office in Hove.
