**What You Will Be Doing**
You will be part of an expanding team, supporting Talent Partners to identify suitable people for the open vacancies within our partner’s businesses.
You will become an incredibly important part of The Animo Group journey as you will initially help us hire the best people for our clients before progressing to taking full ownership of our client’s hiring processes and needs.
We will train you in all the above, but we will also be looking for your ideas and innovations as we develop Animo into the business we want it to be and give our clients all the support they need.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Identify top talent in our partners businesses.
- Co-ordinating hiring and interview processes
- Being a part of and eventually leading briefing sessions for new vacancies with our partners
- Creating compelling content and copy which attracts the best people for the businesses we partner with.
**About You**
- You will have previously worked in recruitment.
- You are looking to forge a career in an innovative new business and be a part of its growth journey for the long term
- You care about the work you do, take pride in the service you deliver and naturally take full ownership of your delegated tasks
**What You Get For Your Hard Work**
- Salary between £25,000 - £30,000.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
