Delivery Consultant - In Life Science Recruitment - Executive Search

Brighton | Permanent | £24,000 - £26,000 plus commission

Fantastic opportunity to join a leading firm specialising in recruitment within Life Sciences, operating in a collaborative and innovative environment.

This is a Trainee/Graduate level vacancy. Experienced recruiters could also be considered.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilise innovative approaches to meet clients' talent needs and share industry knowledge and leads.
- Sell opportunities to senior Life Science specialists and manage interview stages.
- Build enduring relationships through networking with professionals within the industry.
- Work in close collaboration with the rest of the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a target-driven environment, such as recruitment, sales (including telesales), customer service or retail, with a record of surpassing targets.
- Enthusiasm for innovation and Life Sciences.
- Exceptional work ethic, thirst for knowledge, and a strong drive for success.
