**We are currently seeking a PT/FT - Executive Support Officer**:A unique role that combines aspects of an Executive Assistant and a Sales and Business Development Coordinator.

You’ll work alongside the Managing Director with a focus on improving and implementing new processes to maximise sales revenue. You will be tasked with organising and steering his sales pipeline, along with other EA-related tasks.

You’ll need to quickly gain an understanding of the International Education industry and our clients by attending client meetings on Zoom or in person where possible. eduKUDU attend key conferences during the year and in addition to assisting with the organisation, you’ll also be invited to attend selected events to broaden your knowledge.

- _Do you understand marketing and sales and the support needed?_
- _Can you identify and highlight new business opportunities?_
- _Can you manage and organise a prospect pipeline, (CRM)?_
- _Can you help with organising and delivering the correct information to prospects?_
- _Can you participate in research to identify potential clients and plan how we fit into their strategy?_
- _Are you business-minded?_
- _Are you confident in speaking/presenting ideas to a team?_
- _Can you work with existing systems (CRMs), and are you highly organised to ensure information is handled correctly?_
- _Do you have experience managing diaries and preparing documents? _
- _Do you understand small business operations and the need to be flexible and responsive? _
