**In the role you are accountable for**:
Managing the recruitment of permanent and fixed term resource across all Tesco Bank sites.

Direct sourcing through generating, building and managing talent pools and external networking

Building the employer brand, leveraging Tesco Bank’s EVP and creating innovative attraction campaigns, taking every opportunity to position Tesco Bank as an inclusive employer.

Commercial Focus - including management of spend (e.g. managing agency budgets), identification of most cost effective resourcing strategies for positions and accurate forecasting of future recruitment needs.

Stakeholder management including providing consultative recruitment advice to hiring managers on attraction, market conditions and timelines for the recruitment process as well as the provision of regular market information to People Partners.

Providing a strategic partnership with the business partners, people partners and procurement - highly visible and demonstrating a good understanding of the business areas and pro actively providing alternative solution.

Regularly review assessment tools and techniques to ensure that we are best able to assess top talent, working with people partners and T&C team to ensure hiring managers are equipped with the skills that they need.

Supporting the delivery of early careers initiatives, building strategic partnerships with external organisation, educational institutions and third sector industry bodies.

Ensuring that our attraction, recruitment and selection processes are inclusive.

Management and updating of specialist recruitment systems, producing MI and Reports when required; interpretation of recruitment metrics and dashboards; suggesting improvements.

Contribution to overall Resourcing and D&I strategies for Tesco Bank and associated Talent Acquisition projects.

**Experience required**:
Extensive end to end recruitment experience within agency or in-house team.

Proven stakeholder engagement experience with a service lead and consultative approach.

Organised and innovative approach to managing attraction campaigns.

Experience of managing third-party agencies and suppliers.

Able to build, develop and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders.

Versatile communication style and approach.

Customer focus, commercially aware and astute.

Autonomously running end to end recruitment.

Strong understanding of employment legislation.

Consultative approach - understanding of the business.
