**About the role**
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Tomoro, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by identifying, attracting, and securing the best talent in the field of AI and technology. You will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure we are not only filling positions but also building a diverse and dynamic workforce that aligns with our innovative culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment Strategy**: Collaborate Head of People to develop customised recruitment plans that align with business objectives and address specific workforce needs.
- **Employer Branding**: Actively promote Tomoro’s employer brand and culture to attract top talent and maintain a positive reputation in the industry.
- **Diversity and Inclusion**: Implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion within our hiring processes and develop plans to attract underrepresented talent.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in tech recruitment, preferrably within software development or AI sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
