Area to be covered: Northern England (must be based North West, Manchester / Liverpool)
Remuneration: £35,000-£45,000 + £15,000 bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Balcony Systems will involve:
- Field sales position selling a high quality rage of balcony systems and renovations services
- Majority of your time will be spent selling directly to housebuilders, developers and main contractors
- The remaining portion of your time will be spent influencing and generating specifications with architects, consultants and specifiers
- Will conduct CPD seminars
- After 2 years will be expected to be turning over £2.5m+
- Average order value can vary from anything from £50k-£500k
- Typical project would include: high rise office space, residential high rise or block of flats / apartments
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Balcony Systems with:
- Must have sold a technical structural / building envelope related product such as: balconies, timber frame, off site modular, cladding, roofing systems, rainscreens, solar shading, glazing systems, insulation, facades etc
- Would consider a Project Manager or Contracts Manager with product experience
- Must have sold to main contractors and housebuilders / developers
- Ideally sold architects and specifiers with CPD experience (not essential)
- Project led with an ability to think laterally
- Technically capable, ability to assist with designing solutions to clients’ needs
