**Role**: Permanent, 37.5 hours, Term Time Only + 1 Week INSET Days

Are you a dedicated and experienced educator passionate about making a difference in the lives of children? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Orchard Meadow School, where you'll play a pivotal role in our Enhanced Pathway Provision.

**Key Responsibilities**:To lead on the identification, assessment, and intervention of speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN) in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), while also providing specialist input and capacity-building support across the wider school to promote a communication-friendly environment. Delivering interventions in individual and small group settings to help pupils develop skills in areas such as articulation, language comprehension, social communication, and vocabulary building.
