**CLIENT RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE**

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our award-winning team located in the city of London. As a Client Relationship Executive, your main responsibility will be to manage communication between clients, lenders and our brokers, while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process of finalizing finance agreements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main point of contact between customers, suppliers, and lenders throughout the document processing and payout stages
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer needs and timescales are understood and met
- Ensure that all customer documentation is processed efficiently and submitted to our lenders in compliance with company procedures
- Collaborate with lenders and share best practices
- Keep the company CRM system up-to-date at all times
- Delegate tasks to the Payout Coordinators
- Compliance accountability

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Priority and time management skills
- A team player and problem solver
- Aptitude for providing exceptional customer service
- Commitment to the Charles & Dean values
- Computer and mathematical literacy
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong eye for detail
- Fluency in English (required)

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
