The **Agency Lead **is an integral client service role within CRC. As an Agency Lead you will be one of the key points of contact for our clients, alongside the Consultant. You will translate and communicate client needs to the survey delivery and insight teams, own your own client relationships and contribute to CRC's growth and business development.
This is a fixed term contract for maternity cover starting in September for one year.
What you will be doing:
- Manage key local and global agency relationships on a day-to-day basis across one of the world's largest media agency networks, being the named contact alongside the Consultants.
- Work in partnership with local Consultants, knowing and representing your agencies' business interest and ensuring the Consultants are prepared for their client meetings.
- Represent the clients’ best interests in all parts of our process. Collaborate and communicate client nuances and requests to other CRC operational teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end process.
- Manage the central client budget and support consultants to ensure that we are maximising opportunity for CRC products & services, to ultimately facilitate client growth.
- Ensure accurate invoicing using our finance system
- Shadow and participate in client meetings where appropriate
- Track new business prospects and support Consultants with credentials presentations and in new business meetings as appropriate.
- Comply with all aspects of our security policies, taking personal responsibility for the security of your own, the company’s and our client’s data.
