**Ad Agency Channel Lead - Competitive Salary + Benefits - London**
**The Role
Do you possess 3+ years’ experience of the early careers/broader recruitment marketing sector/ad agency sales sector in a commercial or supplier led role? Do you have a successful commercial track record of both customer acquisition and customer retention?If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.
**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of an Ad Agency Channel Lead include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain strong relationships with the UK employer brand marketing / ad agency sector by developing strong and trusted relationships with a broad range of contacts within this channel / sector.
- Retain and develop existing relationships with c. 75 -100 stakeholders within ad agencies.
- Manage and develop this important£1M+ revenue channel for Group GT
- You make sure we have a regular programme of ‘client specific’ as well as ‘group agency’ presentations, meetings and interactions
- Update our CRM with regular, detailed Insights into ad agency main early careers clients-detailing their main priorities, objectives and challenges
- Identify how and where our platform and associated events and services add value, creating meaningful sales activity as a result.
- You develop a pipeline of brand-new customers via ad agencies and make a significant contribution to our annual customer acquisition programme (by understanding the broader client bases within each agency)
- You work closely with our B2B Marketing team to recalibrate our marketing output to agencies -starting from scratch to get our key USPs to resonate more often and regularly. Take personal responsibility for building a marketable database of ad agency contact
- Working closely with our Customer Success team, ensure all contracts and expectations are met
- Create a strong retention environment, reducing existing (low levels) of churn amongst ad agency clients
- You become a critical friend and trusted partner to ad agency stakeholders, leveraging this position to our advantage in ‘media’ schedules and agency client strategies.
