Client Relationship Executive

A leading software company with a small, friendly and results focused team based in Guildford are seeking a Client Relationship Exec. You will be responsible for nurturing key client relationships, onboarding new clients and building strong relationships.

Duties;
- Ensuring regular renewals within your client base
- Develop strong client relationships by understanding the individual business needs and bringing a consultative approach
- Provide clients with training on the platform to ensure they can maximise the product
- Reactive & proactive client account management
- Ensure accuracy of all data

You will demonstrate;
- Strong relationship management experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Knowledge of IT or software products
- Strong CRM ability
- Ability to meet and exceed KPIs and targets
- Exceptional attention to detail
