Private Leakage Coordinator

**RPS** are seeking **Private Leakage Coordinators,**to work on a **9month contract**for our client, Welsh Water Dwr Cymru.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Make appointments with customers and scheduling works for 5-7 teams
- Ensure that planned works for the day go ahead, chasing updates and if not programmed or completed.
- Work closely with Private leakage team members.
- Report Weekly/Monthly on position.
- Liaise with Schedulers / Contractors and Management team.
- Communicate daily with stakeholders and customers.

**Who we’re looking for**
- An individual with a strong commitment to Health and Safety and compliance
- A strong person to challenge staff for non-conformance
- A strong Customer Service ethos and track record
- Experience of meeting strict client and company targets
- Ability to work to deadlines and achieve targets
- Clear and fluent communication skills, both written and oral
- A working knowledge of working within Utilities and Water Distribution is advantageous.
- _ Previous coordinator experience required._
