**What are we looking for?**

**Main Responsibilities**:
The main responsibilities of a Property Coordinator are to assist and support the Block Management team in the areas of compliance, maintenance, administration and to be the initial point of contact for queries from leaseholders and contractors.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Coordinate with insurance companies.
- Action site inspections for Block Managers as needed.
- Be the main contact for block management issues, liaising with directors and leaseholders.
- Work with contractors and in-house maintenance to assist in coordinating quotes, repairs, and access.
- Communicate with freeholders and leaseholders about maintenance or other property issues.
- Review and complete block management audits.
- Ensure compliance across sites, working with Block Managers and contractors.
- Assist finance with utility suppliers and ongoing bills for managed sites.
- Handle emergency out-of-hours calls (on a rota with the team)
- Assisting Block Managers with organising annual general meetings and providing support by taking minutes
