Besique is a fast growing start up that manufacture’s personal care products for a range of clients across the UK. We are looking for an ambitious admin assistant to support the founding team across all areas of the business.
**Overall Purpose of the Role**:
General Admin assistant required to work with the purchasing, sales and finance department which includes various admin duties.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Raising purchase orders for all areas of the business.
- Obtaining pricing for ad hoc and purchasing requirements.
- Chase late, absent deliveries from suppliers.
- Liaising with Customers and inputting Sales orders.
- Assisting the accounts department with Purchase Ledger.
- Market research to support the sales and purchasing team.
- Assisting the accounts department with Purchase Ledger.
Qualifications & Experience:
GCSE Maths and English at grade A* - C.
- Ability to work as a key part of the team and on own initiative
- IT literate in Microsoft products
- A strong communicator - able to build rapport with suppliers and customers
- Able to work autonomously, in an organised and methodical professional manner
- Good numeracy skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
