**Overview**
Key Responsibilities:
- **Order Processing**: Handling customer orders, ensuring accurate details and timely fulfillment.
- **Production Support**: Assisting with production scheduling, monitoring progress, and identifying potential problems.
- **Quality Control**: Supporting the quality control process, ensuring products meet standards.
- **Documentation**: Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to orders, and production.
- **Communication**: Acting as a point of contact for both staff & customers
Skills and Qualifications:
- **Organisational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and customers.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
- **Manufacturing Knowledge**: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
Additional Notes:
- This role could be an entry-level position or a more experienced role depending on the specific company and requirements.
- Other tasks include customer service and sales support.
- This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the SIP manufacturing facility.
