We are looking for a **Restaurant and Bar Assistant** to join our enthusiastic and dedicated team at 3 Rosette Fine Dining Blas Restaurant, to provide a consistently high level of guest service within the department.

**Your role in the team**:

- Assisting with the daily operation of the restaurant floor and the bars, anticipating guests’ needs, wherever possible, to deliver exceptional quality of service.
- Explain the menus, specials, and ingredients to suit the individual tastes of the guests and to describe and upsell products to the guests.
- You are expected to be present during event operations including Events, Christmas, New Year, Easter and other School and Bank Holidays as required.

**What we are looking for**:

- Excellent guest service with a can-do attitude.
- Previous experience as a waiter or bartender is preferable.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of local food and drink.
- Can work well under pressure and in a busy environment.
- Has a flexible attitude to working patterns over 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
