FULL-TIME & PART-TIME = UP TO 20 HOURS PER WEEK

We are on the hunt for amazing people to join Haar Restaurant. We are looking for someone with amazing people skills, natural charisma, and a passion for food and drink. But first of all, here is a little bit about us.

Haar Restaurant opened in December 2021 in Golf Place. The restaurant showcases Dean Banks’ cooking in a relaxed setting. Dean’s aim is to exhibit the best produce that Scotland has to offer. The menu constantly evolves, reflecting the seasons, which embodies our land and seas, producing a menu that showcases Scotland’s natural resources.

As a member of the team, your roles will include:

- Working on the service bar, making drinks (wine, cocktails, coffees)
- Running and serving drinks & food when required.
- Providing consistently excellent customer service.
- Involvement in all aspects of service; setting-up, preparation, liaising with kitchen staff, and cleaning down after service.
- Working closely with the front of house and kitchen team to deliver the best experience day in day out
- Promoting sales and adhering to licensing legislation.
- Serving high end: cocktails, gins, whisky’s, champagne, wine, and coffee
- Great knowledge of food
- Great knowledge of drinks; including Old World wine, Scottish spirits, cocktails.
- A great personality and enjoy working as part of a team in a social environment.
- A desire to develop and learn new skill sets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour

**Experience**:
