Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to lead our dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary management, with a proven track record in supervising staff and ensuring high standards of food safety and quality. Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor team members in techniques, hospitality practices, and customer service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team management and development.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment.
  • Previous experience in barista duties or hotel operations is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
