We ask our Supervisors to know the in’s and out’s of running great shifts, to be responsible Key holders confidently able to open and close the restaurant

**Responsibilities**:
Absolutely, we are hands on at DOUGH&co. Its all about people and standards, so responsibilities include but not limited to
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues if we haven’t got it quite right
- Acting as a role model for all employees by continuously exhibiting a high level of service and attention to detail in all tasks
- Supervising employees and providing coaching as needed to ensure everyone is performing to their best in a fun and enjoyable environment
- Motivating the team, its what our managers do
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Supervisor Experience:
It will be in a fast-paced environment at peak times and as such we are looking for individuals who are active, and ideally looking to progress into the next role.

We don’t necessarily seek prior management experience, what we look for are the right behaviours and personalities suitable for leading and managing teams

As a large part of our proposition is takeaway there may be odd times we need our supervisors to deliver to our customers so a driving license would be ideal too.

**Salary**: £9.50-£11.00 per hour
