Facilities Assistant

**The Opportunity**
My client is looking for someone to come in for 1 month to cover the Facilities Assistant due to time off for an operation.
**Brief outline of duties**:
- Be first point of contact for facilities or reception queries
- Report and monitor progress of maintenance issues, ensuring that they are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Oversee the day to day running of the main facilities suppliers
- Supporting and assisting Facilities & Real Estate Manager with ad-hoc tasks
- Manage and replenish stock of all office stationary supplies
- Run daily access control reports for senior management
- Assist with onboarding of new starters;
- Conducting office tours and providing office information such as floor and seating plans
- Programming new access passes and coordinating readiness of desks once desk assignments have been made
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in a Facilities/Real Estate/Office Administrative or equivalent role
- Strong communication, customer service, relationship building and conflict management skills.
- Demonstrated confidence and tact in dealing with all levels of management, business associates and outside vendors.
**Team Support**
- Support other areas of the Facilities team as and when necessary, including providing holiday cover and helping with ad-hoc projects
- Undertake any other responsibilities that may become necessary for the proper performance of the role
