Entry level position. Responsible for assisting the Facilities team with the day to day running of Framestore’s London Flagship office, with specific responsibility for providing hands-on assistance to the Facilities team, building/moving furniture, general maintenance, carrying out PPM’s and assisting with contractor supervision.

The post holder will assist with all aspects of administration associated with running and delivering first class Facilities services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure planned & reactive facilities requests are completed in a timely fashion, escalating issues where necessary.
- Respond to emergencies and faults as they arise, maintain a safe workspace at all times.
- Supervision of contractors and ensure work permits are adhered to.
- Assist with moves & workstation setup in and out of hours.
- Complete daily floor walks, record all maintenance issues via the Facilities Helpdesk.
- Provide support to the Facilities Team where necessary.
- Assist with further ad hoc duties as required/designated by the Facilities team.

**Essential Skills**:

- Previous experience within a facilities/office services environment and role.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely.
- Willingness to undertake training and learn new skills.
- Ability to work with people at all levels within the organisation in order to manage expectations with regard to facilities.
- Intermediate level computer skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- The ability to think creatively, work using own initiative and find solutions to problems.
- Strong team player who can work under pressure.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Previous experience of maintenance & repairs.
- Reasonable understanding of electrics & plumbing.
- IOSH working certificate.
- DSE Assessor training.
- Understanding of CAFM systems.
- Understanding of BMS systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
