Main Roles & Responsibilities:

- Processing of purchase invoices
- Collating and processing of timesheet data for payroll
- Processing of expenses
- Data entry and maintenance of company credit card accounts
- Assisting with some credit control tasks
- Maintaining purchase ledgers
- Filing and basic administration tasks
- Updating of records as required

Skill Required:

- Computer Literacy
- Problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to multi task
- Pleasant telephone manner

Qualifications Required:

- Minimum Grade 4 GCSE English and Maths

Pay: From £25,396.80 per year
