We are looking for an experienced office administrator to join out growing team. The individual must have fantastic English and communictaion skills, be proficient in using Microsoft Office applictaions such as Word, Excel and Outlook.

You will be responsible for onboarding all of our clients including requesting information, data entry, setting up the client on various systems, running compliance checks and assisting with any administrative tasks required in the day to day running of the business.

You will also be answering the phone and taking messages, transferring calls and helping clients with copy files and other queries where you can. Therefore someone with experience of speaking on the phone and the confidence in dealing with many different clients is a must.

You may also be required to help out with small amounts of bookkeeping in our busiest times by typing up receipts into spreadsheets or processing onto cloud software - training will be provided for this.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
