Project Co-ordinator

We are currently seeking a Project Co-ordinator to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Stockport. As a Project Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to successful completion while maintaining excellent communication with various stakeholders. This position requires a project coordinator who is willing, efficient and organized to support the Sales Team with admin responsibilities to ensure they are focused on their own roles and responsibilities. You will be involved in ensuring the highest standard of service is provided to both internal and external customers, this includes fast and accurate responses to all queries
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the Basin Operations post-sale
- Processing Project Orders using SAGE
- Providing Project quotes using SAGE
- Work as the Conduit between sales and operations to provide fast and accurate answers for projects
- Phone Answering support
- Work with Customer Service Manager to ensure we provide the best level of service
- Work on Pipedrive and other platforms
- Control flow through the company from PO to aftersales service
- Work with our sales team to make sure they have the support they require
- Always looking for ways to simplify
- Manage Small-works pipeline
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver presentations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.

- Thursday 7.30am-16.30pm and Friday 7.30am-15.00pm (1 hour lunch break)
