**We are looking for you to become a key member of our project delivery team**

As the Project Co-ordinator you'll work closely with our Senior Project Manager as well as the Property Operations Manager and the rest of our friendly property team.

Nestled between the Peak District and the urban landscape of Manchester, Lyme provides access to nature, beauty and history to many people and this post presents an exciting opportunity to support delivery of a major infrastructure project at Lyme to improve the visitor experience for all who visit and enjoy this diverse property.

**Interview date Monday 22nd August **and will be held at Lyme, or a Webex option is available for those who can not travel to the property.

What it's like to work here:This Peak District mansion is a popular filming location and was made famous as Pemberley in the BBC adaptation of Pride and Prejudice. High above Manchester, it is a beautiful and special place and two thirds of our visitors come to enjoy the outdoors here. Lyme boasts 1,400 acres of beautiful parkland and rugged moorland, 2 herds of wild red deer, a very busy programme of events, art and exhibitions. Lyme also has extensive gardens that range from the Italianate Dutch Garden to the Vicary Gibbs tree garden, six catering outlets and two shops. **Excellent local transport links means you’re able to travel here by public transport or car.**

What you'll be doing:Through your excellent coordination, communication, and administrative skills you will be instrumental in helping the Senior Project Manager to deliver a successful set of project outputs.

This will involve a range of tasks, such as supporting meetings, organising workshops, procurement tasks, budget administration, reporting progress against the funder’s requirements, organising events and supporting internal and external communication, supporting the set up and organisation of governance boards.

You'll also increase the confidence and capability of others whilst creating a collective, flexible and inclusive environment for existing & future volunteers, communities and partners.

The role does not have any line management responsibilities, but there is an expectation of weekend working.

- has experience of organising events, including handling venues and making bookings, sending invitations, running logístical support.
