**MacKenzie King** are excited to be recruiting a **Finance Manager** for a supportive, rapid growth business, based on the outskirts of Ipswich. Due to recent growth, this is a newly created role that will join the senior managementteam and take responsibility for managing a small team finance team. As **Finance Manager** you will analyse the financial performance of the company, and use these findings to assist the senior management team in achieving the most profitable results for the business.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all aspects of the day to day accounting.
- Responsible for robust financial systems.
- Get involved in the relationships with key stakeholders i.e. banks, auditors, finance companies etc.
- Lead and motivate the finance team.
- Control all financial and accounting matters including month end reports, management accounts, cashflow management, statutory accounts, compliance.
- Responsible for producing regular management information for the businesses.
- Get involved in analysis work for business projects.
- Prepare annual accounts.
- Advise the SMT on all matters relating to financial performance.
- Get involved in annual budgeting, forecasting and planning processes.
- Support the business through change and growth periods, co-ordinating corporate finance, debt taxation, equity and acquisitions, as appropriate.
- Ensure that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met.

**Key Skills & Attributes**:

- Ideally studying towards ACCA/CIMA
- Advanced IT skills, including Excel
- Experience managing a team would be advantageous
- Can do attitude
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Flexible and adaptable approach
