Experienced **Administrator** to join our successful clients with an outstanding reputation for delivering a first class service.
**The Role**
- As Administrator within the Operations Team, you will be responsible for
- Opening up new work and project files and check ongoing progress
- Administer the Engineer and contractor processes
- Raise Purchase Orders and process time-sheets
- Ensure client documents chain and paperwork is complete
- Monitor discrepancies and update system
**About you**
- An experienced Administrator, you will already have worked in a fast paced and challenging customer services, administrator, or operations type role and gained good IT and data entry reporting skills
- Able to multi task and be naturally organised
- Team Player with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
