Our client, one of the largest family run wholesalers in Essex requires a sales administrator to work at their site in Hatfield Heath Nr Bishops Stortford. They provide excellent long term positions and can offer the possibility of a permanent position after a successful trial period.
Due to the location of the company all applicants must have to a car
As a Sales administrator you’ll be responsible for the following;
- Making payments with Sage
- Calling existing and repeat customers to obtain orders
- Building relationships with current and new customers
- General admin duties
- Data entry
Knowledge & Experience:
- Computer Literate
- Competent using Microsoft packages ( Word and Excel)
- Sage payment experience
- Previous experience in administration
- Problem solving and planning effectively
Technical & People Skills:
- Ability to adapt to different styles and behaviours
- Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to manage workload
- Ability to resolve problems when they arise
Hours and Pay:
- Monday to Thursday 8am - 3pm
- Friday 8am - 1pm
- £10.50-£12.50 dependant on experience
