Weston Homes Plc is a medium sized housebuilder delivering high quality homes, from high rise apartments to traditional build houses as well as undertaking complex restorations across the Home Counties and the South East.

We are looking to recruit a Divisional Administrator based at our Head Office in Takeley to support the Commercial and Construction teams within our London & South West Division. Reporting directly into the Divisional Administration Manager and working alongside another Administrator you will be responsible for providing full administration service.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Provide full administration support to the admin team and to all the divisional teams.
- Assisting the team with Construction correspondence and paperwork including timesheets, who’s where, QA inspections, plant return and overtime requests.
- Assisting with typing correspondence including letters and minutes as and required by the divisional administration manager.
- Help maintain divisional electronic filing.
- Compilation of various different types of manuals for site including Health and Safety, QA and HA.
- Co-ordinate, log and process all material requisitions for site and requisitions for Logistics.
- Ensuring all administration duties are carried out as and when required.
- Assisting the team with the administration of all Commercial paperwork as and when required including tender letters, enquiry letters, insurances, use of COINS (training can be arranged).
- Assist with the company post, team post and stationery.
- Any other duties as and when required.
- Assisting the team to work with the Divisional Directors in the absence of the Divisional Administration Manager.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Competent use of key software: Gmail, Google Drive and Google Apps
- Proactive (using initiative to identify and seek tasks)
- Teamwork (effective delivery of tasks for a wide range of people)
- Effective communication - written and verbal
- Confident telephone manner
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise in a fast paced, changing environment
