**About the role**
We are looking for a confident and motivated **Administrator (Client Care Coordinator)**to join our dynamic **Commercial Property** team in **Bishop's Stortford**. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career, providing exceptional and proactive administrative support within a reputable and growing firm. Experience of working within the property industry is desirable but not essential for this role.
**What this role would include**
- Working within the Commercial Property team providing excellent administrative support.
- Communicating effectively with clients to provide a client focused service to both our clients and legal advisers.
- Checking, amending and the formatting of letters and other documents produced by the Document Production team.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
**What we are looking for**
- An administration background and confident communication skills.
- Ability to work in a planned, proactive and organised way maintaining high attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and to proactively build relationships with managers, staff and clients.
