**About The Role**

Working as part of the team, you will be the first point of contact for incoming enquiries from our customers. The role will include all elements of customer service including order processing, sales administration, sales support and general account management. You will be expected to have an excellent telephone manner with the ability to build strong relationships and manage customer accounts. If you’re passionate about people, then this is the job for you.

**Day to day tasks will include**:

- Acting as a named point of contact for key accounts, liaising with department managers to accommodate customer requests and resolve any issues that are raised.

**What you will need to succeed**
- Excellent telephone manner and the ability to listen and communicate clearly with varying customer personalities.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to work to deadlines.
- Be commercially minded with an innovative approach to problem solving.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly working with numbers.

In return you can expect a full training plan with ongoing support and the opportunity for career development within a growing business and Customer Service & Sales Team. Previous experience working in a similar role or other office environment is preferred, but not essential.

Office hours 8:30am - 5:30pm. Salary negotiable based on experience.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
