**Working week**

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch

Total hours per week: 30 hours a week

**Apprenticeship standard**

Business administrator

Level 3 (A level)

**What will the apprentice be doing?**
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- To assist with the calculation of hours and mileage for the wages
- To assist with the preparation & calculation of hours to be invoiced
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with directors and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
- Carry out client reviews via telephone
- Any other jobs required for the smooth running of the company

**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**
- The apprenticeship training will be delivered by Learning Curve Group via monthly virtual sessions with your allocated assessor.
- You will work towards a level 3 business administration qualification.
- No college release day required
