**External Technical Sales Representative - Service**

KCC Group are a market leader in the supply, installation and service of the following products: Automatic Doors, Access Control Systems, Fire Door Inspections, Steel Security Doors, Door Hardware, Movable Walls and more. We are currently recruiting for a Service Technical Sales Representative to join our Service Division, based in our Belfast office and covering parts of Northern Ireland. This is a permanent, full-time position.

**The Person**

Ideally you will be coming from a service sales background. You will have the ability to work independently whilst being part of a team. You will have a genuine passion for developing a career in service sales.

**Duties and responsibilities will include**
- Close and maximize service sales opportunities in line with sales targets
- Following up calls with customers checking status of proposals
- Responsible for managing and updating quotations on the CRM system
- Hit and exceed sales targets set and agreed with Sales Manager
- Prospect for potential new customers to ensure robust pipeline of opportunities which will lead to increase sales
- Agree monthly and yearly targets and achieve same through existing client base whilst developing new revenue stream
- Build a strong working relationship with other team members in order to ensure the overall success of the business plan
- Follow up on monthly SLA's with customers to obtain purchase orders
- Update and present monthly sales reporting templates
- Actively engage in the ongoing training provided
- Build strong relationships with your customers to maximize future opportunities for KCC Group

**Essential Requirements**
- Minimum of 2 years service sales experience
- Experience in Automatic Door and Access Control Systems would be advantageous however not essential as full training will be given
- Self-sufficiency and ability to work on own initiative with a drive to succeed
- A proven capacity to learn new industry products
- Confidence to source and present solutions on the phone and face-to-face.
- Solid work ethic, resilience and determination
- Strong PC skills using MS Office
- Organised with the ability to prioritize daily requirements in a demanding service environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to be a strong team player and respect for your colleagues’ opinions and solutions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £32,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Technical Sales: 3 years (preferred)
