**Company**

HAJ Group (NI) Limited provide full garage services and fleet maintenance to customers throughout Northern Ireland

**Role**:

- Meeting and greeting customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Undertaking regular communication with customers as work progresses through to completion
- Liaising with customers daily to arrange suitable date/s for scheduled maintenance to occur
- Planning and scheduling daily events, eg collection/delivery of vehicles
- Ensuring the customer is informed of work progress concerning scheduled and unscheduled vehicle maintenance
- Booking vehicles on to the system for any scheduled and unscheduled work
- Other general administration duties, such as running various daily, weekly and monthly reports, scanning and filing paperwork, record archiving and general word processing

**Experience/Qualifications Required**:

- Administration and organisational skills
- PC literate (Microsoft Office)
- Customer Service
- Geographical Knowledge
- Multi-tasking
