- Mainting HR Records - including employee contracts and holiday file
- Invoicing
- Credit Control - chasing overdue payments and resolving any queries
- Process Purchase Invoices - matching to delivery notes, gaining authorisation and posting to correct nominal code
- Supplier Statement Reconciliation
- Make Supplier payments
- Petty Cash reconciliation
- Liase with External Accountants
- Maintain Utilities
- Ensure company insurnace records are up to date
- General admin
- Knowledge of Sage 50 be would an advantage
- AAT level 4 Desireable
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week
**Salary**: £12.00-£12.50 per hour
