This is an exciting opportunity to join our Operations team and play an important part in our Digital Transformation journey into the next phase of high growth.

You will be involved in an exciting range of projects that are delivering the automation and digitisation of processes across the entire company (Billing, Orders, Finance, Sales, Tech, Warehouse), offering extensive exposure to the way the company operates.

This role is key to successfully configuring our systems to deliver process improvements and valuable automation. We are looking for someone who is really driven and motivated to make change happen, who has been involved in some projects in the past and who enjoys the hands-on aspect of analysing options for solving issues and delivering on actions. Any programming experience would be an advantage. You will report to the Operations Director and work alongside them to drive change. You will receive coaching to develop your analyst and Change Management skills, you’ll learn how to configure systems such as Power BI and HubSpot, plus will get exposure to all levels of stakeholders across the business.

Based in our brand-new purpose-built office in Washington, West Sussex, our Operational teams work with our partners to support them with placing orders, provisioning, and billing.

Our working environment is professional but relaxed, and we are looking for someone who is keen to jump in with both feet and build our processes to take our business to the next level.

**What you’ll do**:

- Get under the skin of our systems and processes, developing a deep level of understanding so that you can help us identify opportunities to improve.
- Gather and document requirements for projects from key stakeholders.
- Analyse and interpret requirements and their impacts on our commercial models.
- Find and design innovative ways to optimise the customer journey.
- Streamline processes.
- Hold people to account and communicate progress to key stakeholders.
- Create and manage project plans and keep our projects on track.
- Analyse issues to get to the route cause, identify options to resolve and make recommendations on the best approach.
- Become an expert on our core platforms and systems.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- 2+ years’ experience in a business analyst / project manager role.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Comfortable working with data.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Process design and implementation.
- Interested in technology.
- Systems and process driven.
- Ambitious, team player with ‘can do’ attitude.
- Looking for a career in a fast growth company.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Can work under pressure without losing your cool.
- Takes pride in making things happen.
- Sense of humour.

Own transport is essential due to the rural location of our premises in Washington, West Sussex.
