**Your role at Orbit.**

We are looking for a dynamic and inspiring Tenancy Services Officer - Community Safety and Anti-Fraud (CSAF) for our Midlands Region, covering the Coventry area with travel to Northamptonshire. We are looking for someone to engage effectively with customers, resolving issues such as ASB, Tenancy Fraud and Hate Crime. You will be working with key partner agencies, such as Local Authority, police and wider internal teams to resolve issue, challenge behaviour and ensure safety across our properties.

You will develop relationships with partner agencies such as MARAC, MAPPA, local authorities, fire and police services to ensure any issues raised are dealt with effectively, supporting both complainants and witnesses. This role will involve a mix of working from home, in office and travel across the Coventry, Northamptonshire and wider Midlands area. The Tenancy team in the Midlands work together and office meetings will be in Coventry and Warwickshire. This will also involve limited participation in an out of hours rota (to be discussed at interview)

**What will help you make a difference.**
- At least 2 years’ experience in successfully managing Anti-social Behaviour and Tenancy Fraud issues
- High level of knowledge in relevant legislation and best practice relating to Anti-social Behaviour and Tenancy Fraud
- Excellent investigation and evidence gathering as part of effective case management
- Excellent verbal and other communication skills, including the ability to prepare complex reports
- Experience of successfully delivering good outcomes through partnership working
- Able to support customer whilst dealing with difficult and challenging situations and people
- High levels of IT literacy and analytical skills and the ability to understand trends and results
- Car owner - Ability to travel to meet the requirements of the role
- Participate in Out-of-Hours rota
- Flexibility in being able to work evenings (up to 8pm) and Saturdays (up to 1pm) as and when required to ensure delivery of smart customer case management
